Real Estate has always been in the blood for the Jeff. Both his parents were high
performers in the Real Estate when Jeff joined the industry at 21 years of age.

The following year the three Poulters’ opened their own Real Estate Company in Timaru. Quickly the office became one of the major players in the Timaru residential market.

In 1994 he transferred to Christchurch and Jeff took up a Branch Managers position with a major franchised Real Estate company. Jeff was directly in charge of 15 sales people and partly responsible for another 77 staff.

The opportunity of purchasing the family firm came up in 1997 and Jeff jumped at the one off opportunity. Quickly this company under Jeff's control obtained a 30% market share within one year and is still thriving today.

The lure of returning to Christchurch was too much and the family of 4 returned to the Garden City in 2000.

Since then Jeff has consistently been at the leading edge of Residential Real Estate sales and often features within national Ray White standings and awards. In 2009 he was awarded top salesperson within the Cashmere Office, and obtained Elite status (highest performance award within Ray White).

Jeff is focused on achieving positive results for his clients and is very proud that most of his work is either repeat clients or clients who have been referred to him by satisfied customers.
